Experience
When I was in high school I would do whatever I could to help my classmates, whether it meant explaining problems to them, preparing them for tests, or quizzing them over material. One of my friends had a learning disability. I helped kids in science, math, and spanish. When I attended Hawkeye, I occasionally would help students with computers. In the Spring of 2010 I tutored at West High School in a PBDA math classroom. I love the challenge of learning something well enough to teach it and I love being able to help others learn. For math in high school I took Algebra and Geometry. In college I took Statistics, Trigonometry Analytic Geometry, Math for Decision Making, College Algebra, and Calculus I, II, & III. For science in high school I took Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. In college I took Human Biology, and College Physics I.
